YOUR TASKS:

Kepler Cheuvreux’s Smart Connect team is seeking ambitious and entrepreneurial driven young professionals who are keen to join a leading financial player with a set up across several different business lines.

During your apprenticeship you will work with the Corporate Access (Smart Connect team).

You will notably be in charge of :

  • Support the SmartConnect team in the preparation and management of in person and virtual events for clients, such as analysts marketing, roadshows, conferences and webinars.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate Analyst Marketing and Public Relations events including logistics planning, coordination with sales and research teams, and meeting confirmations.

  • Ahead of events: emailing campaigns and clients’ registrations monitoring.

  • During virtual events: live monitoring and technical troubleshooting.

  • During in person events: room set up and welcome the attendees.

  • After events: data compilation

  • Support the SmartConnect team in the production of marketing presentations.

  • Help introduce online marketing techniques and innovative tools.

  • Search of new providers.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

The candidate should meet the following requirements : 

  • You are in Master degree and looking for an apprenticeship for one or two years;

  • You are fluent in English and in French. Other languages are a plus;

  • You have excellent writing and communication skills;

  • You have skills in marketing and events management and an interest in web/digital;

  • An interest in financial markets is a plus;

  • You have a good command of Powerpoint and Excel;

  • You are meticulous, organised, punctual and proactive;

  • You have a strong team spirit;

  • You can also work independently and take initiatives;
