Schedule: Full-time or part-time options available

What You’ll Do:

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training
• Monitor progress and document outcomes
• Educate patients and families on recovery techniques
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and support patients through recovery
• Experience in outpatient and home health,
