The Scale Operator/Administrator summer student will assist with all aspects of the truck weighing process, including operating the scale, collecting and entering data, and supporting general administrative tasks. This role ensures accuracy in inventory and contract records and contributes to the upkeep of systems and databases through accurate data entry and administrative support.

Hours of Work:
- Monday to Friday 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. & Saturdays 8:00A.M. to 12:00P.M.
Pay:
- $20
What we expect you to do:
- Operates weigh scale and accurately records weights into inventory management system in accordance with operational policies and procedures
- Provides exceptional customer service to members of the public, company drivers and/or third-party brokers in accordance with prescribed policies, procedures and company values
- Provide administrative support as assigned by supervisor.
You have:
- Experience performing general administrative duties
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
