What You’ll Do

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in building inspections
- Current ICC certifications; Plumbing Inspector License required in IL
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety standards
- Skilled in reading and interpreting construction plans
- Organized record-keeping and willingness to learn new inspection software
