Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent across a variety of roles, including software, hardware and design. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to build strong pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and team goals
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (sourcing → offer → close)
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
  • Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and improve interview processes with hiring teams
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from first touch through onboarding
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, etc.)
  • Stay current on market trends and compensation benchmarks


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree 
  • 4+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • Experience with in-house recruiting
  • Experience recruiting  electrical, mechanical and aerospace engineers or Software engineer 
  • Strong tenure with demonstrated success in recruiting roles
  • Full life cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing to closing
  • Comfort with reviewing, evaluating and reporting on recruiting data
  • Ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within their respective fields
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
  • Comfortable working in a fast pace ever changing environment, with little to no guidance
