Summary: Manages front desk operations, Front Desk Associates, and Clerical Associates across the various Health Centers, ensuring efficient patient flow, accurate registration, and high-quality customer service. Serves as an integral member of the Care Coordination Team by supporting appointment scheduling, referrals, follow-up communication, and coordination between patients, clinical staff, and administrative departments to promote timely access to care and continuity of services.
Education: High School Diploma. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Health Administration or related field is preferred.
Experience: One to two years previous experience, or related environment preferred. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
