Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior EHS professional to join our RHQ in Delft, who will take ownership of European EHS coordination across multiple sites and act as a key link between HQ and local teams.

In this role, you will drive compliance, strengthen safety performance, and shape EHS standards across diverse operational environments including data centers, logistics, construction sites, and offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead for EHS coordinators under the region subsidiaries (Data Centers, Logistics centers, Construction sites, and offices).
  • Ensure compliance with country-specific EHS regulations and corporate standards across all regions.
  • Act as the primary communication channel between EHS HQ and regional EHS coordinators, facilitating seamless communication and coordination.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide guidance to prevent EHS-related incidents.
  • Establish and execute plans to achieve KPI goals.
  • Monitor and improve the essential EHS activities aligned with corporate policies (risk assessments, inspections, training, committees, Tool Box Meetings).
  • Develop and operate an incident reporting system, investigation, and establish corrective actions.
  • Design and implement EHS training programs.
  • Monitor compliance with regulations related to waste storage, treatment, and disposal.
  • Serve as the POC (point of contact) for acquiring ESG disclosure information.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a safety-related position.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field(e.g., occupational health and safety), or professional certification in safety (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, etc.) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of country EHS regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Comprehensive knowledge of legal requirements within the region subsidiary’s countries.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and local language.
