THE OPPORTUNITY
The LPGA is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented leader to oversee global broadcast sponsorship integrations, commercial inventory management, and media operations. This role serves as the central liaison between league partnerships, broadcasters, sponsors, production teams, and media sales organizations to ensure seamless execution of sponsor commitments, promotional initiatives, and live event integrations.
The ideal candidate has expertise in relationship management, sports television, sponsorship activation and live event operations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Sponsorship & Broadcast Integration
- Lead coordination with broadcast partners, sales teams, sponsors, and production partners on sponsorship integrations and branded content opportunities.
- Manage delivery of sponsor assets including commercials, graphics, logos, feature elements, and promotional materials.
- Develop creative sponsor integration opportunities across linear, streaming, and international broadcasts.
- Track sponsored airtime, fulfillment, make-goods, and post-event reporting.
Media Operations & Commercial Inventory
- Oversee commercial inventory allocation, event pre-logs/post-logs, and contractual fulfillment across broadcasts with meaningful pre-season preparation
- Coordinate scheduling, trafficking, and delivery of commercial spots and branded features with a cross-functional internal team
- Manage sponsor exclusivity requirements and resolve schedule changes or pre-emptions throughout the season
- Work closely with the partnerships team to optimize unused inventory to maximize partner value and reduce additional costs.
Broadcast & Marketing Coordination
- Serve as a key contact for network partners including NBC, Golf Channel, CBS, ESPN+, and international broadcasters.
- Coordinate broadcast operations, promotional planning, and cross-platform marketing initiatives.
- Partner with network marketing teams to execute annual and weekly promotional campaigns and ensure contractual obligations are met.
WHO YOU ARE
- 6+ years of experience in sports media, broadcast operations, sponsorship activation, or sports marketing.
- Excellent project management, communication, organizational and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of media sales, live sports production, commercial inventory management, and broadcast workflows.
- Experience working with broadcast networks, streaming platforms, and sponsorship partners a plus
- Passion for women’s sports and live events
This position is currently posted at a specific level; however, final title and level will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications.
