Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing psychotherapy services for clients of ACHIEVE
- Psychotherapy should be consistent with evidence-based practices, patient-centered, and consistent with client need, involve collaterals, natural supports and community, as appropriate. It should be trauma-informed and medically-necessary to remediate pathology or prevent decompensation
- Our clinicians and staff are encouraged to use decision-making, provide services and referrals that are comprehensive, clinically driven, creative, proactive and supportive for the client.
- Documentation of all psychotherapy, intervention and treatment planning is an essential part of treatment
- All assessments, treatment plans, etc. must be completed consistent with regulations and clinic policy
Minimum Requirements: Mental Health Counselors must have graduated with at least an MHC degree, and they either need to have a license or they need to apply for a limited permit to be able to provide psychotherapy services at Achieve.
