Family of Caring at Park Ridge is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as Overnight Nursing Supervisor (11–7). This role is ideal for an RN who is confident working independently, supporting overnight staff, and ensuring continuity of care in a calm, well-supported environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical oversight of nursing staff during the overnight shift

• Serve as the primary clinical resource for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs

• Address clinical concerns, staffing needs, and urgent situations as they arise

• Ensure compliance with care plans, policies, and documentation standards

• Communicate effectively with on-call leadership and day-shift management

• Support resident safety, quality care, and overnight operations

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in New Jersey

• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and leadership presence

• Ability to work independently overnight
