About the Role
Take inbound calls from customers and identify the right solution
Book appointments for glass repairs and replacements
Sell value‑added products that improve visibility and safety
Work with clear targets and receive ongoing coaching to help you succeed
Enjoy a stable roster with strong team support
What We Offer
$32.12/hr + commission + super
Full‑time (38 hrs) with rostered shifts between 8am–10pm until fully trained
4 weeks Training Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm. Yes it is paid
Hybrid opportunities from 4 months onwards.
Structured onboarding and continuous sales coaching
Strong earning potential with commission, penalties and overtime
About You
You are someone who:
Is confident in selling and enjoys achieving results
Can identify customer needs and recommend the right products
Communicates clearly and persuasively
Uses computer systems comfortably
Is reliable, genuine and willing to learn
Sales or contact centre experience is an advantage — you must be comfortable selling.
