About the Role

  • Take inbound calls from customers and identify the right solution

  • Book appointments for glass repairs and replacements

  • Sell value‑added products that improve visibility and safety

  • Work with clear targets and receive ongoing coaching to help you succeed

  • Enjoy a stable roster with strong team support

What We Offer

  • $32.12/hr + commission + super

  • Full‑time (38 hrs) with rostered shifts between 8am–10pm until fully trained

  • 4 weeks Training Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm. Yes it is paid

  • Hybrid opportunities from 4 months onwards.

  • Structured onboarding and continuous sales coaching

  • Strong earning potential with commission, penalties and overtime

About You

You are someone who:

  • Is confident in selling and enjoys achieving results

  • Can identify customer needs and recommend the right products

  • Communicates clearly and persuasively

  • Uses computer systems comfortably

  • Is reliable, genuine and willing to learn

Sales or contact centre experience is an advantage — you must be comfortable selling.
