This position, not only provides dynamic team leadership in our life-saving mission, but also allows you to actively participate and work side-by-side with your team, keeping them motivated and engaged. Medical/healthcare experience is helpful, but is not required as a comprehensive training program is provided. Other duties include creating a great experience for our volunteer blood donors, performing phlebotomy, vital signs and determining donor eligibility, while working a varied schedule to include weekends and some holidays. Successful candidates must have a minimum of two years proven supervisory experience with the desire to learn new skills. College degree preferred, but will consider equivalent in experience.
Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience; additional pay for technical school certification, associate degree's, bachelors' degrees, etc; additional pay if fluent in Spanish; WORLD CLASS PAID on-the-job training; $500 bonus after 6 months and $1,000 bonus after 1 year!

Days and Hours: Varies depending on blood drive day/times in the community; weekends and some holidays are required
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's/Associate degree or 2 years college education preferred
- Must be willing to get CDL
- Minimum two years supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- CPR Certified
- Released as an OBI phlebotomist
- Proven ability as a leader and team player
- Strong, customer service, technical and organizational skills
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
- Diplomatic interpersonal style with excellent conflict resolution techniques
- Professional appearance and manner

Primary Responsibilities:
The Donor Services Senior Mobile Supervisor provides leadership and supervision for all aspects of the mobile collection operations to ensure a pleasant, safe and efficient donation process. He/She will work in conjunction with the Director/Manager of Donor Service to ensure that processes are in place to reach optimal organizational efficiency by meeting quality, collection and customer service goals.
