Part-Time Power Equipment Technician at Ace Hardware

Join our team at Ace Hardware as a Part-Time Power Equipment Technician, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers. This position offers a flexible schedule with working hours primarily from 2:15 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair Stihl power equipment, including chainsaws, trimmers, blowers, and other outdoor tools

- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment

- Provide knowledgeable advice and excellent customer service regarding product use and maintenance

- Maintain a clean and organized work area and parts inventory

- Document repair processes and communicate effectively with team members and customers

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience with outdoor power equipment repair, preferably Stihl products

- Basic mechanical and electrical skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and efficiently within a team

- Flexibility to work weekday afternoons, with reliable attendance
