About the job:
Local Opportunities:
  • Be the point of contact for new local business opportunities.
  • Oversee project delivery, leading a project team, working closely with cross functional team. 
  • Process and manage new business requests, working closely with the Senior Management team.
  • Driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and establishing key partnerships for Synpulse.
  • Prepare feasibility studies and propose potential projects to Synpulse management.
  • Work together with the Synpulse’s global sales team in closing deals.
  • Prepare management reporting and sales forecasts.
  • Maintain personal network with the financial industry.
Account management:
  • Maintain top management relationships with local clients.
  • Escalation point for client concerns.
  • Overall responsibility for the success of local projects.
Team management:
  • Responsible for recruitment and ramp up of the business development team.
  • Make sure of suitable team composition and availability.

Job requirements


About you:
  • University graduate with degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent.
  • Know-how of B2B sales strategies.
  • Track record in business development and sales to the financial industry in Australia (preferably with tier 1 banks and/or insurance companies).
  • Ability to establish business relationships with client’s top-level management.
  • Functional knowledge of banking, insurance, or other financial institution an advantage.
  • Experience with large software implementation projects and direct client exposure an advantage.
  • Outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
