Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced AI Recruiter who specializes in hiring talent across Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Generative AI roles. The ideal candidate should understand AI skill sets, evolving job markets, and be able to attract, assess, and close high-quality AI talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for AI, ML, Data Science, GenAI, MLOps, and AI Engineering roles.
Understand technical requirements related to AI agents, LLMs, GenAI, and data platforms.
Partner with AI Practice Leads, hiring managers, and business leaders to define hiring strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and AI communities.
Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral assessments.
Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate lifecycle.
Drive offer management, negotiations, and successful closures.
Build and maintain a strong AI talent pipeline.
Stay updated on AI trends, tools, and emerging skill sets.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and strong employer branding.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, with strong focus on AI/ML hiring.
Good understanding of AI, ML, GenAI, and data engineering roles.
Experience hiring for roles such as AI Engineers, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, MLOps Engineers, etc.
Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
Experience using ATS and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Good to Have:
Experience hiring for AI agent / GenAI roles.
Exposure to startup or consulting hiring environments.
Knowledge of AI certifications and skill evaluation frameworks.
Experience with global or niche AI talent markets.
