OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking an MEP Project Superintendent for our Data Center Group in Mount Pleasant, WI.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead all field operations for large-scale data center construction projects
  • Manage trade coordination, work sequencing, and daily execution across all scopes
  • Develop and enforce short-interval schedules and field execution plans
  • Lead site logistics planning including laydown, access, crane operations, and material flow
  • Enforce site safety culture, OSHA compliance, and zero-incident standards
  • Drive QA/QC processes, inspections, testing, and deficiency resolution
  • Coordinate installation of mission-critical systems including power distribution, generators, switchgear, UPS, cooling systems, and fire protection
  • Lead subcontractor management, productivity, performance accountability, and workforce planning
  • Coordinate inspections with AHJs, owners, commissioning agents, and operators
  • Lead commissioning readiness, turnover planning, and systems integration support
  • Manage punchlist execution, closeout sequencing, and substantial completion readiness
  • Interface directly with owners, operators, and project leadership teams
  • Support constructability reviews, phasing strategies, and risk mitigation planning
  • Lead field teams, mentor assistant superintendents, and develop trade leadership

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of field leadership experience on complex commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects
  • Strong expertise in mission-critical construction sequencing and system integration
  • Proven ability to lead large, multi-trade field teams in high-reliability environments
  • Experience with live campuses, constrained sites, and high-security facilities preferred
