Troy Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time and part-time day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM).

Position Highlights

• Shift: 7a–7p (Days)

• Openings: LPN & RN

• Status: Full-time / Part-time (based on availability)

• Setting: Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care / Rehab

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly

• Complete required documentation accurately and timely

• Collaborate with CNAs, therapy teams, providers, and interdisciplinary team members

• Support resident comfort, dignity, and safety throughout the shift

What We’re Looking For

• Current LPN or RN license in good standing

• Passion for resident-centered care

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Dependable attendance and the ability to work independently during the day

• Long-term care/SNF experience preferred (but not required)
