Job Description

🔥 TOP-TIER AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN (MAZDA) – EARN WHAT YOU’RE WORTH 🔥

We’re not hiring average techs—we’re looking for a high-level, production-driven Automotive Technician who knows how to diagnose, fix, and move. If you’re experienced with Mazda vehicles and tired of being underpaid or underappreciated, keep reading.

This is for REAL technicians only.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Advanced diagnostics and repair on Mazda vehicles
  • Engine, transmission, electrical, and drivability work
  • Efficiently completing high-quality repairs the first time
  • Working closely with advisors to keep workflow moving and hours high
  • Maintaining productivity in a fast-paced, high-volume shop

What You MUST Have:

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Technician (A-Level preferred)
  • Mazda experience STRONGLY preferred
  • Strong diagnostic ability (not just parts changers)
  • Own tools
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to produce consistent flagged hours

Let’s Be Clear:

  • If you’re slow, unsure, or need constant supervision—this is NOT for you
  • If you can’t handle pressure or volume—this is NOT your shop
  • If you want to make serious money and work with a strong team—keep going

What You Get:

  • Top-tier pay – $80K-$100K +++ (top performers earn well beyond)
  • High car count = steady work and strong hours
  • Clean, organized shop with consistent workflow
  • Management that respects skilled technicians
  • Real opportunity to grow and advance

Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • Saturdays required

If you’re a serious technician who can diagnose, produce, and perform, we want you on our team.
