- Provide expert instruction to battery and front ensemble members throughout the marching season
- Attend and actively participate in all scheduled rehearsals, camps, performances, and competitions
- Collaborate with the marching band director and fellow adult staff to ensure cohesive musical and visual development of the ensemble
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment consistent with Glenbrook North's program values
- Maintain open communication with the band director regarding student progress, concerns, and program needs
- Demonstrated experience as a percussionist and/or drumline instructor at the high school, collegiate, or competitive drum corps level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with student musicians and colleagues
- Ability to pass a background check as required by Glenbrook District 225

Glenbrook North High School's Student Activities Department is seeking applicants to serve as a Marching Band Drumline Instructor for the 2026-2027 school year.
The Drumline Instructor is responsible for the instruction, development, and performance of the Glenbrook North High School marching band drumline. This individual works closely with the marching band director and adult staff to support the overall goals of the program.
