Position Overview
Dynamic Quest is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive – New Logo Growth focused on driving net-new client acquisition across mid-market organizations. This is a true hunter role designed for sales professionals who excel at prospecting, building pipeline, navigating complex buying cycles, and closing recurring revenue opportunities.
This position is ideal for someone with experience selling managed IT services, cybersecurity solutions, compliance services, or complex technology solutions into executive-level buyers.
The Account Executive will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close while partnering with SDRs, marketing, solution architects, and leadership to drive growth.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close net-new business opportunities
- Drive Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) growth
- Manage full-cycle sales process:
- Discovery
- Qualification
- Scoping
- Proposal development
- Contract negotiation
- Close
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and relationship development
- Conduct executive-level conversations with CIOs, CFOs, COOs, and business leaders
- Position managed IT, cybersecurity, compliance, and strategic services as business solutions and risk mitigation strategies
- Identify and convert market trigger events into opportunities, including:
- Cyber insurance pressures
- Compliance mandates (CMMC, SOC 2, HIPAA, NIST, etc.)
- Security incidents or vulnerabilities
- Growth, mergers, acquisitions, or multi-site expansion
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and technical teams to design and present client solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Meet or exceed revenue, activity, and performance targets
- Represent Dynamic Quest professionally in client meetings, networking events, and industry engagements

Qualifications
Required Experience
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in one or more of the following:
- MSP
- MSSP
- Cybersecurity
- SaaS or technical solution sales
- Proven track record of closing net-new business
- Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills
- Experience selling recurring revenue services
- Ability to communicate technical and compliance concepts to executive audiences
- Strong organizational, pipeline management, and forecasting abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling compliance-focused solutions such as:
- CMMC
- NIST 800-171
- SOC 2
- HIPAA
- Experience selling into regulated industries
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and risk-based sales strategies
- Experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms

- Build a qualified sales pipeline within the first 30–60 days
- Close initial opportunities within 60–120 days
- Consistently achieve monthly recurring revenue goals
- Demonstrate the ability to sell managed services, cybersecurity, and compliance-driven solutions
