Founded in 1989 by women for women, WESST now proudly serves all New Mexicans through an inclusive, community-centered approach. Our mission is to help entrepreneurs start, grow, and sustain strong businesses through consulting, training, incubation, and access to capital—building both financial and human capital to create lasting economic opportunity. WESST operates regional Women’s Business Centers and programs across the state, including Albuquerque, Farmington, Hobbs, and Las Cruces.
Job Summary:
This role coordinates the logistics and client experience for training and consulting services, serving as a key point of contact for scheduling, communication, and program support. This position ensures clients are informed, prepared, and supported throughout their engagement, while also maintaining accurate data, managing program logistics, and providing technical and administrative support to staff and participants.

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- An associate or higher degree in business, communications, nonprofit management, or a related field is a bonus
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, customer service, or support role (internships or part-time experience acceptable)
WESST is looking for a candidate who demonstrates:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience coordinating schedules, events, or logistics (professional or informal)
- Ability to provide responsive, high-quality customer or client service
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
- Must be proficient with computers and digital tools, and able to navigate multiple software systems as part of routine responsibilities in a predominantly paperless environment.

Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Salary and Key Benefits:
