Role Description: The Inventory Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate and organized inventory across a wide range of beauty products, including haircare, skincare, fragrance, and more. This role ensures that all inventory processes are executed per established plans and standards, supporting operational efficiency and product availability. The Inventory Associate will monitor inventory movement, identify discrepancies or trends, and communicate findings to management while fostering collaboration across departments to maintain a smooth and effective inventory flow.

This is an in-person position based in MELVILLE, NY.

Working hours are 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute inventory activities in alignment with established plans and schedules

  • Organize and maintain inventory of all beauty products, including haircare, skincare, fragrance, and more

  • Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality in all inventory-related processes

  • Oversee and evaluate inventory handling procedures to maintain operational standards

  • Communicate any inventory-related issues or concerns to management in a timely manner

  • Foster effective collaboration and relationships across departments

  • Manage the replenishment and internal transfer of inventory, including transfers between locations

  • Maintain and update inventory maintenance records and documentation

  • Conduct regular cycle counts to support inventory accuracy and loss prevention

  • Perform inventory reconciliations to resolve discrepancies

  • Coordinate and document inventory location transfers

  • Manage and process overstock transfers as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor�s degree in a related field is preferred

  • Bi-Lingual is a plus

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive mindset

  • Initiative-driven with a strategic, problem-solving approach

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and communication platforms such as Slack

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced setting

  • Experience in the beauty, wellness, fashion, or a related industry is a plus
