We specialize in design, delivery, and installation of measuring instruments, dataloggers, monitoring systems, and CEMS room construction.

Requirements

  

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience supporting enterprise, industrial, or manufacturing systems. 

· Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting production systems or application including incident management, root cause analysis, and coordinating with cross-functional technical teams. 

· Demonstrate the ability to review, debug, and modify existing backend application code written by other engineers. 

· Experienced working with relational databases; proficiency in SQL is required. Experience with Oracle or comparable enterprise database platforms is acceptable.

Requirements

  

· Operational Support and Issue Resolution: Provide day-to-day support for systems and applications. Troubleshoot user-reported issues, manage and resolve tickets, and coordinate with in ternal and external vendors/teams to restore services and prevent repeat issues. 


· System and Application Lifecycle Management: Support the deployment, configuration, relocation, and decommissioning of systems and applications across both manufacturing facilities. Identify risks, dependencies, and operational impacts before changes are made. 


· Application Development and Integration: Develop and maintain backend applications and data collection tools used for monitoring, analysis, and operational reporting. Review and debug existing code, improve performance, data reliability, and integrate with upstream and downstream systems (when or if needed). 


· Cross-Functional Coordination and Project Execution: Work across engineering, operations, IT, and external partners to support project and operational initiatives. Track timelines, dependencies, risks, action items, and provide clear status updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 


· Process Documentation and SOP Maintenance: Create and maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and release plans that clearly capture how systems are built, supported, and operated. Ensure documentation is accurate, usable, and kept up to date as the system evolves. 


· Operational Improvements and Adaptability: Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and failure points in existing systems and processes. Recommend and implement improvements that increase reliability, usability, and operational efficiency while adapting to changing business and technical requirements.
