As a Production Bakery Cake Associate at 85°C, an associate works in the Back of House at our Central Kitchen to produce quality cakes, decorate and prepares for delivery.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Bake and decorate quality 85°C Baked goods.
• Package finished goods and date appropriately.
• Maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
• Perform daily operations, including but not limited to: separating, making, filling, baking, and receiving inventory.
• Teamwork, follow direction and work together with the store management team to deliver outstanding service.
• Provide sufficient bread products and maintaining bread quality to meet 85°C standard and completing designated tasks perfectly.
• Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
