Waterproofing Superintendent

We’re growing fast and looking for an experienced Waterproofing Superintendent to join our team in Pompano Beach. This role is key to leading commercial waterproofing projects, managing crews, and ensuring every job is completed with safety, quality, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise crews, subcontractors, and daily operations on site

• Review plans, schedules, and budgets with the Project Manager

• Select and coordinate waterproofing materials and systems

• Ensure jobsite safety, compliance, and quality standards are met

• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and project managers

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of waterproofing or construction supervision experience

• Strong knowledge of waterproofing methods and best practices

• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish to field crews preferred

• OSHA 30 (or willingness to complete within 90 days)

• Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record
