You don’t just focus on seamlessly integrating our ad solutions into publishers’ apps, you tell publishers what they need to do to create the most engaging ad experiences for their users. What you will do:

Establish strong relations with potential mobile gaming and mobile app advertisers  in GCR and beyond and bring them to use adjoe’s advertising solution.

Be responsible for overall pipeline management including lead generation, reach-outs, and closing.

Work closely with internal stakeholders on onboarding and growing your clients.

Use our CRM to track activities and the pipeline.

Prepare customized sales presentations for your advertisers.

Gather and communicate your advertisers’ needs and industry trends internally.

Assess the cost of advertising campaigns.

Prepare reports to show how our services have improved campaigns’ performance.

Create contracts for clients to sign and take the time to explain all information found in the contract and guide clients through the process. 

Perform market research to determine new marketing opportunities as well as plans to capitalize on them effectively. 

Receive and review information about clients’ products or services to better serve them and provide a strategy that is tailored toward advertisers’ specific needs

Be part of an international English-speaking team and a very international company

Who you are:

You have at least 4 years of experience in tech sales, preferably in the adtech or the mobile advertising space with a proven track record

You understand the standard KPIs used in adtech (CPI, eCPM, CPC,Conversion, Retention, ARPU, ROAS etc.)

You possess outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)

You are an expert with Google Suite (especially, with Sheets and Slides)

You are a Mandarin speaker and proficient in English

You have experience using a CRM

You have an output- and revenue-driven attitude

You like to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a strong sense of ownership

You are hungry to make a real impact in sales and win T1 and T2 enterprise clients in GCR.
