Job Description
Infor are recruiting a WFM Software Developer to join our agile product development team. This role will focus on building scalable, cloud-native applications that power business-critical functions across diverse industries. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-performance software solutions aligned with Infor’s cloud-first strategy.
Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy secure, scalable software solutions using modern development practices.
Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle within an agile environment.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features.
Maintain and improve code quality through continuous integration and automated testing.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members.
Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.
Stay current on emerging technologies and propose relevant innovations.

Basic Qualifications:

Software development experience.
Experience in one or more programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, C#, or Python.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience of RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and relational databases.
Flexible to work in Shifts and Holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms.
Experience with DevOps principles and tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, or GitLab CI.
Experience of domain-driven design and event-driven architecture.
