We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Quick Lane Service Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has a passion for the automotive industry.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
  • Recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service completion
  • Provide clear communication and updates throughout the service process
  • Prepare and explain estimates and invoices
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Uphold dealership standards for professionalism and efficiency

 

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous customer service experience (automotive experience preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with service software is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
