📍 Based in Jacksonville, FL with regional oversight of Starke, FL and Kingsland, GA

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and inspire a team of outside sales representatives to achieve and exceed revenue and profitability goals

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive product growth and expand market share

  • Conduct regular ride-alongs, provide ongoing coaching, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence

  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent – build a winning team!

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure business development efforts are aligned and supported

  • Monitor and analyze market trends to maintain a competitive edge

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience successfully managing in-home/outside sales teams

  • A self-motivated, high-energy leadership style with strong communication and coaching abilities

  • 4+ years of management experience in residential or outside sales

  • Strong understanding of sales planning, forecasting, and performance metrics

  • Computer savvy – comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred)

  • Direct-to-consumer sales and field training experience
