.Key Global Responsibilities
Understands the customers' OEM technical requirements and translates them into Lenovo capabilities and products.
Manage cross-functional projects involving Lenovo ISG engineering, solution architects, product managers, and OEM partner technical teams throughout the sales development cycle in achieving accurate technical design to facilitate commercial engagements.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk registers, and status reports for multiple concurrent enablement initiatives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and prioritize technical content requirements (technical product certification, whitepapers, best practices, API/integration guides, firmware/BIOS enablement, etc.).
Identify gaps in technical commercial enablement and drive continuous improvement of assets to support OEM product integration and go-to-market activities.
Facilitate regular governance meetings and executive reviews with OEM partners and internal leadership.
Ensure alignment with Lenovo ISG product roadmaps and OEM partner development timelines.
Support pre-sales and post-sales technical activities related to OEM engagements including configuration change management.
Basic Requirements:
8+ years in the technical engineering project management field
Preferred Requirements:
Experience with project management and engineering
Sales acumen
Detail oriented
Product engineering
This position requires candidates to be based near our headquarters in Morrisville, NC and adhere to a 3:2 hybrid work schedule. This means three days on-site for in-person collaboration and two days remote each week, ensuring flexibility while maintaining strong team engagement.
