Row 34 is an award-winning, high-energy neighborhood oyster bar located in Cambridge, MA. With sister locations in Seaport, Burlington, Kenmore Square and Portsmouth, we pride ourselves on an extensive oyster program, a dynamic menu centered on the freshest seafood, and a people-first culture that values teamwork, growth, and hospitality.

We are currently seeking a Rounds Cook to join our Seaport team. This role is unique in that it covers all kitchen stations�from fry to grill, saut�, raw bar prep, and beyond. Our Rounds Cook is essential to ensuring consistency and excellence across the line while supporting the entire kitchen team.

What You�ll Do

• Rotate between all stations in the kitchen, executing dishes to Row 34 standards.

• Support prep and service with precision, speed, and attention to detail.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety standards.

• Collaborate with fellow cooks and leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience.

• Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.

What We�re Looking For

• Previous experience working multiple stations in a high-volume kitchen.

• A passion for seafood and oysters�or the eagerness to learn quickly.

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

• Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining consistency and quality.

• A positive attitude, reliability, and enthusiasm for growth.

Compensation & Benefits

• $25 per hour, based on experience.
