Dudley’s is seeking Barbacks to join our team in New York City.

Dudley’s is a neighborhood restaurant in the Lower East Side known for its seasonal menu, all-day dining, and vibrant, hospitality-driven atmosphere. Our barbacks play a critical role in supporting the bar team and ensuring smooth, efficient service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

We are looking for team members who are hardworking, organized, and team-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous barback, busser, or restaurant support experience      preferred
• Experience in high-volume NYC restaurants or bars strongly      preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to stay organized and move quickly during busy service
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Ability to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Support bartenders by stocking and maintaining bar supplies
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, glassware, ice, and garnishes throughout      service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Assist with bar setup and breakdown before and after service
• Remove glassware and keep bar stations clean and efficient
• Assist with deliveries and organization of bar inventory
• Work closely with bartenders and management to ensure smooth service
