The Shop Floor Analyst provides administrative support, maintains, and follows up on the systems and documentation of the Production Department.
Responsibilities:
- Help lead the Material Flow and Supply Management teams forward in data analytics, visualizations, supporting automation and smart connected factory initiatives.
- Develop and maintain various dashboards, scripts, and reports.
- Identify ways to develop sustainable business solutions that bring business value.
- Implement new manufacturing processes and technology.
- Act as liaison between Manufacturing, Operations and Supply Management to identify best practices that maximize facility utilization, improve productivity, and reduce material handling.
- Lead small and medium projects from concept through implementation that may require capital and budget justification.

- Ability to interpret data and make observations and visualizations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be organized with attention to detail.
Education and/or Experience:
- 2+ years of experience working with large data sets for business improvement.
- 2+ years of experience working within cross-functional teams.
- 1+ years of experience working within or directly supporting a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Experience with MP-Planner, SAP warehouse management systems, SAP Supply Management systems, SAP material flow systems
- 2 or more years of shop floor experience
Food Safety & Quality Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Adheres to all Food Safety/Quality SOP’s
- Accurately completes require Food Safety & Quality Records
- Communicates any known or suspected Food Safety/ Quality issues to the Q.A Manager and Department Manager.
- Attends all Food Safety/Quality training sessions.

Work Environment:
Work is normally performed in a warehouse/production environment as part of the job requirements, employee may be exposed to work in a production setting and cold temperature (-20 degrees) at times. Must be flexible with work schedule that supports a 24-hour production facility. Schedule may include weekends.
