Position Overview

Enable Dental is seeking a Manager, Clinical Initiatives & Implementation to help lead the planning, execution, and scaling of clinical, operational, technology, vendor, and care-delivery initiatives across the organization.

This role is designed for a clinically informed, execution-oriented leader who can take complex or ambiguous priorities and convert them into practical workflows, implementation plans, SOPs, decision documents, training materials, vendor evaluations, and measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate has experience in dental or healthcare operations, clinical project management, process improvement, software or vendor implementation, and cross-functional change management. This person should be comfortable managing a focused portfolio of initiatives, typically one to three active projects at a time, depending on complexity.

This is not a traditional coordinator role. The Manager, Clinical Initiatives & Implementation will be expected to directly produce high-quality work product, synthesize information quickly, support decision-making, and help move initiatives from concept to execution.

Role Scope

This role may support a broad range of initiatives related to clinical operations, patient care delivery, provider workflows, vendor performance, software adoption, quality improvement, data visibility, operational efficiency, compliance support, training, and scalable care model development.

Specific project areas may evolve over time based on company priorities. The successful candidate must be able to operate across a wide variety of clinical and operational domains while maintaining discretion, adaptability, and a bias toward execution.

Key Responsibilities

Initiative Planning and Execution

  • Lead assigned clinical, operational, technology, vendor, or care-delivery initiatives from discovery through implementation.
  • Translate broad leadership priorities into clear project plans, workstreams, timelines, risks, decisions, deliverables, and success measures.
  • Manage one to three active initiatives at a time, depending on project complexity and organizational priority.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work with clinical leadership, operations, field teams, technology, compliance, procurement, finance, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
  • Identify blockers, decision points, dependencies, and implementation risks early.
  • Ensure projects move from discussion to documented decisions, action plans, pilots, rollout, measurement, and refinement.
