Training Program (3 to 6 Months)

You move through 3 levels as your skills grow:

🔹 Beginner – Safety, tools, basic tasks
🔹 Intermediate – More repairs, less supervision
🔹 Advanced – Complex work, ready for permanent role

💰 Pay Increases

• +$1/hour at Intermediate
• +$1/hour at Advanced
• Final increase when hired permanently
