Role: Senior Sales Manager - Europe

About the role
We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager - Europe who will drive growth in Kidde’s residential fire portfolio across Europe. This role focuses on driving sales performance, managing accounts/territories, and executes commercial strategy by influencing customers, distributors, and cross-functional teams, identifying new business opportunities and expanding Kidde’s market presence in core and emerging sectors.
As the Senior Sales Manager - Europe, you'll be responsible for:
Commercial Execution & Growth
- Deliver sales and revenue targets across Europe.
- Contribute to development and implementation of regional sales plans and initiatives to drive growth and market share.
- Identify emerging opportunities, customer needs and competitive trends to support commercial decision-making.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting and reporting to provide visibility on performance and outlook.
- Monitor competitive activity and market insights to inform pricing, product positioning and channel strategy.
Customer & Channel Development
- Strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers and key channel partners to drive demand and availability.
- Support brand awareness and product activation for the residential fire safety portfolio in the region.
- Manage commercial engagement with customers including proposals, negotiations, onboarding and ongoing support.
- Coordinate execution of channel strategies and segment initiatives to optimize coverage and sales performance.
Cross-Functional Influence
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure alignment on priorities.
- Provide market feedback to inform product development, pricing and promotional plans.
- Act as the regional point of contact for field intelligence, customer feedback and competitor activity.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial terms and reporting standards.
- Maintain strong understanding of products, solutions and customer requirements to support effective selling.
- Use KPIs, data and insights to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales performance updates, pipeline reviews and regional activity reports.
To be successful in this role;
- Formal qualifications in business, marketing, or technical discipline advantageous
- Experience selling or working with fire protection equipment is highly regarded
- Strong experience in retail or B2B sales
- Proven success in a prior sales role, within the fire and security industry
- Demonstrated influencing and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching and leading a successful sales team.
- Ability to monitor progress and performance using Key Performance Indicators / Metrics
- Proven track record of delivering sales results.

Compensation & Benefits:
Individuals may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company performance.
The final compensation for this position will be set based on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience as it relates to the job requirements.
