Performance Excellence Facilitator

Job Description

Performance Excellence Facilitator participates in the implementation of process improvement initiatives. Facilitates cross-functional teams in the use of process improvement methodologies to reduce waste and improve overall performance.

Department: Performance Excellence

Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours a week required

Required: Bachelor's Degree

Pay: Based on experience, starting at $21.62/hour

Responsibilities

Collaborates with others in supporting SBL’s process improvement initiatives., Compiles, enters and analyzes data and information to produce reports and graphic displays of data using various computer programs., Effectively facilitates performance improvement activities and supports cross-functional teams., Employs project management skills to ensure goals are achieved within specified timeframes., Facilitates teams in the application of process improvement methodologies to reduce waste and improve performance, resulting in improved customer experience, increased staff satisfaction and enhanced quality, operational effectiveness and financial margin., Instructs and mentors individuals and teams on the use of process improvement tools., Supports staff in the preparation and follow-up of team meetings., Tracks progress, status and issues of performance improvement teams.
