We are a multi-disciplinary practice of architects, interior designers, urban designers and planners, structural, mechanical and electrical engineers, landscape architects and sustainability experts who design for community wellbeing and urban vibrancy. We are a fun-loving bunch of big thinkers and city-shapers, who are collaborative in our approach, diverse in our perspectives, aspirational in our pursuits, and optimistic about what’s next. We’re always looking for passionate people who share our values and care as much about our communities as we do. We're proud to be a Certified B Corporation, and one of Canada's Greenest Employers, committed to using our design practice as a force for good in the world.

We’re currently looking for a motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineering Student to join our Vancouver studio for a 4 or 8-month work term beginning in September 2026.

What we offer:
At DIALOG, students are not just observers or cogs who are delegated tasks. You are a valued part of the team from day one, with the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects and experiences. Our goal is to spark your passion for this field by immersing you in opportunities that challenge, inspire, and prepare you for future success. By the end of your term, you'll walk away with valuable experience, expanded skills, and the confidence to continue building a career in this industry that excites and motivates you.
