We’re looking for a motivated Corporate Indirect Purchasing Intern to join our Friction Technologies Purchasing team in Barge (Cuneo, Italy). You will work in a uniquely high-performing, inclusive and collaborative working culture, within successful, dynamic and international company.

Responsabilità essenziali:
Your day in the life of Corporate Indirect Purchasing Intern at ITT
In this role, you will support the team with the following responsibilities:
- RdA control and release
- OdA control and release
- Issuing of approved orders
- Checking orders with different invoices (accounting reporting)
- Analysis of price lists / inforecords in the system and comparison of offers
- Communication with suppliers and internal customers
- Validation process for commercial agreements
- Supplier master data
- Activity reporting

The ideal candidate is willing to work in a challenging environment and is able to communicate at different levels. Key requirements are:
- Degree in Economics or Management
- Good knowledge of MS Office Package applications in particular Excel
- Strong interest in Supply and Purchasing topics
- Proactive approach and negotiation skills
- Constructive and collaborative approach to problem solving
- Eager to learn and open to feedback
- Good english knowledge, both spoken then written
