Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1.To monitor inventory/OPO to update weekly MSR (Material Status Report).

2. To Co-work with buyers for component schedules to update material status in DNS list.

3. To communicate internally to allocate supply tight inventory based on demand priority.

4. To Co-work with PMs/ MBD buyers for key project demands status.

5. To Co-work with RDs to related BOM items or changes to spread out to component list.

6. To co-work with IT for integration reports if necessary.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5-year working experience and Interested in Material Coordinator activities.

2. Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain or related management operations preferred.

3. Proficiency in statistical analysis and problem-solving techniques.

4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

5. Strong time management skills.

6. Ability to work independently and manage tight timelines and changing priorities effectively.
