Job Summary:
The Senior HR Business Analyst plays a critical role in delivering a highquality, conciergelevel HR support experience for team members, COEs, and leaders. This position serves as a centralized expert in HR data integrity, driving efficiency, effectiveness, systems optimization, compliance oversight, analytics, and continuous improvement efforts, ensuring consistent and highquality execution across HR operations. This role integrates HR systems service excellence with strong governance practices and provides analytical support related to licensure, certifications, training, and other compliancedriven initiatives to promote operational excellence and risk mitigation. This role also contributes to the continuous improvement of people programs, policies, and practices to sustain quality, governance, and operational excellence across the organization. The Senior HR Business Analyst reports to the Director, BHR Operations and partners closely with HR, Legal, Compliance, Learning & Organizational Development, Benefits, IT, Vendors and other key stakeholders to resolve issues, identify trends, implement corrective actions, uphold internal controls, and continuously elevate the team member experience.
Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Serve as a centralized subject matter expert for HCM systems, leading analysis and troubleshooting of complex Business HR process issues to ensure accurate and efficient outcomes
Act as a centralized subject matter expert for quality, governance, audits, and analytics, providing guidance and support to team members, COE HRBPs, leaders, and crossfunctional partners to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Act as a lead escalation and prioritization resource, advising and guiding the team while partnering with leadership to communicate priority initiatives and decisions
Ensure data governance standards are consistently applied across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding
Identify compliance risks and collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective and preventive actions
Responsible for promoting a positive employee experience and increased satisfaction through efficient and courteous service.
Support and execute audits including, but not limited to, GAMES, TMCO, RN licensure and certification reviews, job qualification audits, call quality reviews, and HR file standards
Create, monitor, and reinforce adherence to policies, SOPs, SLAs, documentation standards, and internal controls
Provide concise reporting to enterprise leadership on compliance status, audit outcomes, and quality metrics
Build, maintain, and leverage dashboards to identify trends, detect anomalies, and provide actionable insights
Conduct root cause analyses to prevent recurring issues and support continuous improvement
Recommend and implement process enhancements that improve efficiency, reduce errors, strengthen controls, and enhance the team member experience
Performs other duties as assigned

Required Minimum Education:
- Bachelors Human Resources Management or Bachelors Business Administration/Management or Bachelors Other
Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):
All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.Additional License(s) and Certification(s):
PHR - Professional in Human Resources or SRHM-CP - SHRM Certified Professional Upon Hire Preferred or SPHR - Sr Prof in Human Resources or SHRM-SCP- SHRM Sr. Certified Professional Upon Hire Preferred or Workday system certification or advanced training Upon Hire Preferred
Required Minimum Experience:
Minimum 7 years HR, HR Operations, HRIS, Compliance, HR Service Delivery, Data Analytics Required
Minimum 3 years Hands-on experience using the Workday HCM system, including core HCM transactions and business processes Required
Required Minimum Skills:
Ability to analyze data to deliver clear, compelling, data-driven information to support operational readiness, workforce planning, and risk mitigation
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, sound business acumen, and a solid understanding of HCM business processes to support effective decisionmaking and execution
Thorough understanding of state and federal laws, rules, and regulations concerning labor relations. (e.g., EEOC, ADA, FMLA).
Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
Ability to handle confidential information and maintain employee data by following case management process for quality, compliance, and disciplinary activities.
Excellent interpersonal and listening skills with strong customer service orientation.
Ability to recommend and implement process enhancements that improve efficiency, reduce errors, strengthen controls, and enhance the team member experience
Ability to create, monitor, and reinforce adherence to policies, SOPs, SLAs, documentation standards, and internal controls
Ability to provide concise reporting and guidance to stakeholders on compliance status, audits, analysis, root cause outcomes, metrics, and business process escalations
