Product Marketing Manager in our office in Dubai
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help build Equiti into an “everything finance” super app, turning a growing suite of products into one clear story customers trust. You’ll own positioning and go-to-market, bringing a strong understanding of fintech funnels and lifecycle marketing that moves conversion and retention.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping how our products are positioned, launched, and adopted across markets, while ensuring marketing execution runs efficiently, on time, and to a high standard.
You will be responsible for owning product messaging and launches end-to-end, while maintaining strong oversight on delivery, timelines, workflows, and quality, ensuring marketing outputs are aligned with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and operational realities.
Responsibilities
Product strategy & customer insight
Identifying user needs by deeply understanding customer behaviour, onboarding journeys, trading patterns, and how our products operate globally
Translating customer and market insights into data-driven recommendations that inform product strategy and roadmap decisions
Developing research plans to uncover behavioural insights and stay ahead of the competitive landscape
Go-to-market ownership
Independently driving end-to-end go-to-market strategies for product launches, feature releases, and market rollouts
Owning audience strategy, positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks across segments and regions
Partnering closely with Product, Growth, Sales, and Compliance to ensure launch readiness and cross-functional alignment
Creating high-impact product marketing assets including landing pages, briefs, sales enablement decks, FAQs, in-product messaging, and campaign narratives
Delivering launches with a strong bias toward measurable growth, adoption, and commercial impact
Product analysis & growth
Designing event tracking frameworks and ensuring proper instrumentation of key user action
Partnering with Growth and Data teams to connect product events with AdTech and MarTech platforms for optimisation and attribution
Running structured experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention funnels to test hypotheses and improve performance
Tracking adoption metrics, funnel conversion, and lifecycle engagement to inform continuous optimization
Building repeatable go-to-market playbooks and scalable frameworks for regional teams
Market insights & performance tracking
Conduct market and competitive research to inform product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.
Track and analyze product and marketing performance metrics, including adoption, campaign effectiveness, and funnel performance.
Compile insights and reports to support decision-making, optimization, and continuous improvement.
Use data and feedback to refine messaging, go-to-market approaches, and execution processes.
Skills & Competencies
Strong product and commercial mindset, with the ability to connect product capabilities to customer needs and business outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex products into clear, compelling messages.

Experience Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or a closely related role.
Experience in fintech, digital financial services, or regulated digital products is preferred; exposure to trading, CFDs, payments, or onboarding journeys is a strong advantage.
Hands-on experience supporting or leading product launches, campaigns, or major feature releases.
Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, marketing, growth, and sales.
Experience managing multiple projects in parallel, with strong attention to timelines, dependencies, and quality.
Experience working in fast-paced marketing or digital environments, preferably with delivery or operations exposure.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project and workflow management platforms.
Comfortable working with performance metrics, reports, and dashboards to track impact and progress.
Familiarity with AdTech and MarTech ecosystems (tracking events, attribution, automation platforms)
Ability to translate complex financial products into simple, compelling value propositions
