- Manage contracts with external vendors and service providers, ensuring accountability and value for the investments made;
- Establish and maintain clear communication channels with all stakeholders regarding facilities projects, maintenance schedules and operational updates.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in facilities management and sustainability;
- Leverage data analytics and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiencies;
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Facilities Services Department;
- Consult and work cooperatively with building-level administrators to establish and monitor effective preventative maintenance programs;
