Key Responsibilities


Business Development & Performance



  • Drive sales growth and ensure achievement of budget targets (sell-in, sell-out, profitability)

  • Monitor performance across markets and channels, with a focus on productivity and ROI

  • Build and implement tailored action plans per market


 


Key Account & Distributor Management



  • Act as the main point of contact for key partners

  • Manage and develop relationships with distributors to ensure alignment with brand strategy

  • Lead commercial discussions and support negotiations at regional level


 


Operational Excellence



  • Oversee forecasting, order management, and stock follow-up

  • Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams (Supply, Finance, Marketing)

  • Monitor A&P investments and ensure efficient allocation


 


Strategic Development



  • Identify and drive growth opportunities across markets and channels

  • Contribute to the development and execution of regional strategies

  • Support transformation initiatives related to distribution and channel evolution


 


Market Intelligence



  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and grey market dynamics

  • Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making


 


Candidate Profile



  • 4–6 years of experience in international sales, export, or business development

  • Proven experience in:


    • Distributor management

    • Key account management / quasi pure players

    • Multi-market environments


  • Strong understanding of:


    • Retail (brick & mortar) and omnichannel dynamics

    • Selective distribution models



 


Skills & Competencies



  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage complex, multi-market environments

  • Results-driven, with a pragmatic and hands-on approach

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • High level of autonomy, agility, and adaptability


 


Languages



  • Fluent in French/English

  • Additional European language is a plus
