Job Description

Scope:

  • We are seeking an experienced Cleo Harmony Administrator with strong expertise in Cleo Harmony and VLProxy to manage and support secure file transfer operations. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SFTP and AS2 protocols, ensuring reliable and secure B2B integrations. This role requires hands-on technical skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication to support enterprise-level data exchange environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • · Design and implement automation solutions for disaster recovery (DR), database refresh processes, and incident management
  • · Develop and manage Ansible AWX playbooks, workflows, and job templates
  • · Integrate systems and tools using REST APIs and JSON-based data exchange
  • · Automate and streamline ServiceNow workflows, including Incident (INC), Service Request (SR), and Change Request (CR) processes
  • · Develop scripts using Python or Shell to support automation and orchestration
  • · Monitor automation jobs, analyze failures, and perform troubleshooting to ensure system stability

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Hands-on experience with Ansible AWX and RBA tools such as iAutomate

· Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow platform and workflows

· Proficiency in REST APIs and JSON

· Experience in Python or Shell scripting

· Basic understanding of SQL

· Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and disaster recovery concepts
