Job Purpose & Scope

The Human Resources/Executive Assistant will perform a wide range of human resources related duties, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy implementation, and event coordination. This role also involves administrative tasks such as maintaining records and managing the employee birthday/anniversary calendar. This role will also provide support to management and employees on various HR-related matters


Responsibilities:

  • Assist the President and provide support to Executive team members
  • Provide administrative office support for the organization 
  • Offer a warm welcome to all new employees at Datamax
  • Assist with the new hire process and answer questions as needed
  • Monitor PTO requests and time off balances 
  • Act as a liaison between employees and Corporate HR
  • Maintain monthly calendar and send out communication to employees 
  • Participate in the suggestion committee and plan events 
  • Manage communication with managers and employees

  • The person in this position must have strong organization and interpersonal skills.  
  •  They must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.  He or she must possess high attention to detail qualities.  
  • They must also be able to be nonpartisan when dealing with employee relations.   


Experience/Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other office machinery
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks and solve problems
  • Great verbal and written communication skills 
  • Professional discretion related to the company and its employees 
  • Great time management skills, able to organize and coordinate multiple projects 
  • Flexible team player, willing to embrace new challenges

Location and Job Type:

  •  Little Rock Office, Full – Time 

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shifts Monday through Friday
