About the Role:
The role is well suited to a positive, skilled and outgoing Business Developer who has a strong existing client & feeder network within Asia Pacific. The role will benefit from previous sales experience that involves the financial industry arena in Asia. To be successful in this high growth segment, you will require the ability to collaborate effectively across products, operations and other internal stakeholders to achieve aggressive sales targets. The incumbent will be based in Singapore, but will require some travel from time to time. The role will report directly to the Head of Business Development for APAC.
Job Duties in a Brief:

Develop new business relationships and to maintain existing business network within the Real Assets industry to generate new pipelines opportunities and meet pipelines targets.

To maintain an active management of pipeline and to prioritize key opportunities across the region for the development of a detailed account plan which covers organization mapping, key decision makers and value articulation.

Solution Structuring: working across functional teams, you will play an active role in understanding client requirements and ensuring the successful delivery of a proposal and solution that will meet their needs.

Pricing: Working across all operational stakeholders, you will play a leading role in ensuring the proposed solution is priced adequately to ensure profitable growth of the business.

Deal Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for qualified business opportunities, which requires collaboration across subject matter experts to ensure all presentations, workshops, and related meetings exceed prospective clients’ expectations.

Thought Leadership and Branding: You will take the lead in identifying key events to participate in and to organize seminars and conferences that will lead to increased visibility of the brand to support overall sales growth.

About You:

Bachelor degree, preferably in marketing, finance, business administration or real estate;

6 – 8 years of business development and sales experience in a fund administration service provider, real estate focused company or a company in the funds management/financial industry;

Preferably equipped with a strong and established client and feeder network in the Real Assets industry in the Asia Pacific Region ;

Preferably has an understanding of Real Assets/Real Estate operations

Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills and able to work in collaborative environment;

Strong attention to detail and is able to follow up and follow through on all projects efficiently and diligently

Focused on meeting sales targets;

Creative, hands-on, resourceful and able to think outside the box;

Proactive and innovative with strong commercial/sales instincts;

Fluency in verbal and written English is essential, other languages will be an advantage.
