Position: Finance Associate

Location: Oud Metha Offices, Dubai, UAE

Position Purpose

Axios International is seeking a Finance Associate to join our team in Dubai, reporting to the Finance Lead- Credit Control. The purpose of the position is to support the end-to-end invoicing process with a focus on optimizing client setup and automating invoices.

Duties and Responsibilities

Set up and maintain client accounts in SAP B1 for invoicing, based on the signed contracts
Set up client invoices templates in SAP B1 to ensure compliance with client requests
Liaise with the Digital Team to ensure that the data imported from the Patient Management System is fully automated for all programs
Assist in the generation and sending automated invoices to clients according to Axios SOPP
When required, upload invoices on Client’s payable platforms
Assist Finance Lead in automating the uploads on Client’s platforms
Support other ad-hoc finance-related tasks and provide cover for team members as requested by your manager.

Educational Background and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance
3+ years working in a busy, demanding varied finance role
Documented previous experience in SAP B1 specifically
Excellent command of written and spoken
Excellent MS Office skills

The position is based in our regional office and may occasionally entail
Flexibility in ability to travel as well as working hours is required
