Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance/Transportation Technician to support facility operations across our Butler County locations. This position plays an important role within our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model by helping maintain safe, clean, and functional environments for individuals receiving behavioral health services. The role also provides transportation support and assists with facility upkeep to ensure smooth daily operations and access to care.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Experience in basic maintenance, custodial work, and facility upkeep preferred
  • Current valid driver’s license required
  • Eligibility for coverage under center liability insurance and individually held vehicle liability insurance
  • Ability to safely provide transportation for consumers and agency needs
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking as required
  • Must successfully pass a background check

Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic maintenance and custodial services for Butler County facilities and other agency locations as needed
  • Perform routine repairs, facility upkeep, and general maintenance to ensure safe and functional environments
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of buildings, grounds, and common areas
  • Provide transportation support for consumers, staff, and agency operations as assigned
  • Monitor and report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and repair needs promptly
  • Assist with setup, moving, and facility preparation for agency operations and consumer care needs
  • Support a safe, welcoming, and therapeutic environment consistent with the CCBHC care model
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient facility operations and continuity of services

Requirements

ALL candidates must be able to type and have basic computer skills, possess a valid driver’s license, eligibility for coverage under center liability insurance and individually held vehicle liability insurance with a clear background check.
