Job Description:

Coastal Cosmetic Family Dentistry, previously known as Edwin E Yee, DMD is a growing dental practice committed to providing exceptional care in a friendly and professional environment. We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced full-time Dental Hygienist to join our expanding team. If you are passionate about patient care and eager to be part of a dynamic practice, this is an exciting opportunity to help us shape the future of our patient care.

As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a key role in providing preventative care, educating patients, and supporting our team in delivering the highest standards of dental care. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited to contribute to our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine cleanings, periodontal therapy, and other preventative care procedures
  • Take and develop dental x-rays as needed
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care techniques
  • Update and maintain patient records accurately
  • Sterilize and maintain dental instruments
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure the best patient outcomes
  • Follow all safety and infection control protocols
Qualifications:

  • Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of Florida to practice.
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on patient education.
  • A compassionate approach towards patient care
